Designs can resale for more or less than the original price paid to me.

Designs can be resale/gift/trade regardless of prior transaction.

Species guidelines are completely optional and can be omitted.

Having a ToyHouse account is great but compulsary.

By bidding and even not winning , you are considered to have agreed and accept to the terms written.

Upon released , all adoptables have 1 week auction period and will convert to set price after.

When an auction timer comes to an end, additional bids are invalid even if the auction is yet to be declared close or ended.

Incorrect bids are considered invalid.

Auctions will be posted on Deviantart , ToyHouse , Twitter and BlueSky.

You may send a private dm to bid or comment on any of the posted auctions. I will update across.

Payments can be made via Paypal Invoice , Ko-Fi or Buy Me A Coffee.

You must be the owner of the Paypal account / bank account used.

Payment plans are currently unavailable.

I can hold a design up to 1 week but am wiling to hold longer if you have purchased from me before.

Under no circumstances, will any sold designs be refunded.

Backing out from winning auctions and charge back will result in blacklist from any future transactions.

I reserve the right to decline a sale with or without providing an explanation.

In the event of multiple interest on the same adoptable , Ko-Fi Shop purchase will be prioritize.

Files will given once the full payment is received.

[ Non Ko-Fi Shop ] A sta.sh link will be given after payment have been received. Please download and take good care of the files. It will be removed after a week.

[ Ko-Fi Shop ]If purchased directly from Ko-Fi shop , you will receive the files right as you make the payment. You will not receive the sta.sh link.

[ Email ] If you wish to receive the files via email , please request within a week after payment is made. I do not send emails by default.

Files will include ; A full resolution image in .PNG

Optional files that might be included ; Promotional image with & without watermark in .PNG

If a file size exceed ToyHouse limit , a 4mb version will be included.

I will ask for a ToyHouse name to send the ownership after payment is received.

[ Ko-Fi Shop purchase ] Please message me on Ko-Fi to transfer TH ownership. If you message me on other sites , I will still require a message on Ko-Fi to validate. Recurring purchases does not need to validate. If no message is received within a week of purchase , the design owner will be assumed to not have ToyHouse and will be sent to the vault.

Only one owner will be mentioned in the masterlist even if there are multiple owners.

All design have their ToyHouse link recorded in the masterlist. Please check it before purchasing any design.

Please let me know if there is any changes in ownership needed to be made.

You may private or hide the design on ToyHouse.

If a design is sold to an owner that do not have ToyHouse , any future ownership changes will not be tracked and will be sent to the vault. This cannot be reversed.

If a design is deleted and reuploaded on ToyHouse , this new link will not be reflected on the masterlist. Future ownership changes will not be tracked.

I do not provide adjustments unless mentioned.

If there is any mistake within the design or art , please let me know. I will do the adjustment with no charges.

Adjustment and changes of design can be done by having a new artwork made. Do not edit the original artwork given.

gender change or using opposite gender traits.

change of hairstyle, clothes, accessories, handheld items, color palette.

addition of clothes, accessories, handheld item.

hide or remove existing traits.

completely redesign the character.

Unless you are the design owner , please do not use / repost.

I retain intellectual property rights to all my artworks and can use them as examples in my portfolio or post them on social media

NONE of my works are to be used for NFT / AI.

When using or reposting my art , credit is a must.

If posting design with a new art , credit is optional.

Any non profit or monetary gain is considered personal use.

There are no restriction on personal use.

Any profit or monetary gain is considered commercial use.

No additional fees are required for commercial use.

There are no restriction except for commercial merchandising.

Commercial merchandise such as stickers , charms and etc are allowed only if you have a new art done.
